Due to Covid-19 we may have to share your personal details with UK Governmental departments and NHS track & trace if we are approached to do so. Information we may have to share is your name & address, telephone number and when you had an appointment/s with us.

Should we be approached and your detail be shared with NHS or any UK Government departments we will let you know that we have shared your information also we will pass on if any information is provided to us.

Calls may be recorded for training and quality purposes.

We use dash cams in our vehicles which are visual and audio recording, cameras records the outside of vehicle.

The only information we may need from you is your provisional driving licence so we can confirm your booking. This information is destroyed from our records as soon as you no longer require our services.

Like many small - medium sized businesses we use third party to provide us with receiving online payments safely and securely. Once you choose to pay by using our Secure online payment you will be using by SumUp Payments Limited which is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority in the UK under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (register number 900700). They will process your payment and in doing so they will collect details regarding card holder which is common practice, you will be given option to read privacy policy whilst you are there. We only receive the payment, last 4 digits of your card and your contact details which you filled in whilst ordering.
