Sux-S Driving School / Sux-S School of Motoring – Terms & Conditions
1. Website Use & Payments
​These terms apply to the use of our website www.sux-s.com and secure online payment via SumUp (sux-s-school-of-motoring.sumup.link). We do not hold or have access to your full payment details, only the last four digits of your card.SumUp Payments Limited is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in the UK under the Electronic Money Regulations 2011 (register number 900700).

2. Changes to Website & Terms
​Sux-S Driving School may change or remove parts of the website at any time without liability.
We may update these terms and conditions without specific notice.
Continued use of the website or placing orders constitutes acceptance of any changes.A contract exists between you and us only once your order has been processed and confirmed.
​3. Online Appointments
​Appointments may be moved by up to 20 minutes to accommodate instructor travel.In rare cases, lessons may be cancelled due to double bookings. Where this occurs, we will provide an alternative lesson within 24 hours of your order.
4. Customer Warranties
By placing an order, you confirm that:

​5. Order Acceptance & Delivery
You will receive an order confirmation email using the details provided at checkout.We will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your appointment.
6. Liability
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of information on the website.
You are responsible for ensuring your own equipment is protected from viruses or external risks.Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation remain unaffected.
7. Severance
If any term is found to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable, it shall be severed from the remaining terms, which will remain valid and enforceable.
8. Cancellation, Termination & Refunds
Driving lessons are provided as a pick-up and drop-off service at your registered address.If you cancel an order:

Lessons already taken will be charged at £40 per lesson.

Package deals are subject to a £40 admin/accounting fee.

If no lessons were taken, only the £40 admin/accounting fee applies.

If you pass your practical driving test before completing a package, you will only pay for lessons taken at the original discounted rate. No admin fees apply.Individual 1-hour or 2-hour lessons are non-refundable.
Once ordered, funds are paid to third parties and cannot be refunded.
9. Booking Policy
Once an appointment is booked, it cannot be cancelled — only rescheduled.
Other pupils are scheduled before and after your lesson. Rescheduling requires locating another learner, which takes time. Please do not book unless you are confident you can attend.
10. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Up to 90 minutes before the lesson: £15 reschedule fee per 1-hour lesson

Within 90 minutes of the lesson or no-show: full lesson fee

2-hour lessons: £15 reschedule fee (same rules apply)

Requests must be sent via SMS to 07411 319700 from a UK mobile number. Please retain the message as proof.
If the reschedule fee is not paid within the same week, the full lesson fee will be charged.Business week: Monday to Sunday.
​11. Pay-As-You-Go Lessons
These lessons require ongoing commitment. To remain on the instructor’s diary, payment and the next booking are required.If no further lesson is booked, the slot will be released online.
12. Package Requirements
During a package, a minimum of one lesson per week is required to remain on the instructor’s diary.Holidays: Up to 4 weeks in any 6-month period for either the learner or instructor. A minimum of 3 weeks’ notice must be provided.
13. Cashback Promotion
​Cashback applies only to package deals booked in 2-hour sessions.If the full package is not completed, lessons will be charged at the standard individual 2-hour lesson rate.
14. Test Day Car Use
For Heaton or Thornbury Test Centres, car use includes: (Local to most postcodes we cover).

Sux-S Driving School cannot guarantee a driving test pass. Test outcomes are determined solely by the DVSA examiner and your own driving performance on the day.

The value of the gift card will be redeemed against the lesson prices in effect at the time of redemption, and the recipient will receive the corresponding number of lessons

Lesson Start & Attendance:

First lesson must be taken within 6 months

Regular weekly lessons of at least 1 hour per week required thereafter (excluding pre-arranged holidays up to 4 weeks)

Instructor Allocation & Start Dates:

If instructor is on leave, lessons will start within 10 days or the next available week

Eligible Postcodes: BD1–BD12, BD14, BD17, BD18, LS13, LS28
Restrictions: e-gifts cannot be shared, transferred, or resold. Additional funds may be added within 14 days of redemption.​
16. Learner Conduct & Safety
We reserve the right to terminate a lesson immediately, without refund, if a learner behaves in a threatening, abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate manner, or appears under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
​17. Weather & External Conditions
Lessons may be cancelled or shortened due to unsafe weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, an alternative lesson will be arranged.
18. Payment Reminder
All payments to instructors must be made by cash or bank transfer.
Debit or credit card payments incur a 3% surcharge. Our rules are lenient compared to many driving schools.
They exist to ensure that neither you nor we are left out of pocket.
19. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
