Driving lessons are provided as a pickup and drop-off service at your registered address. Once an appointment is booked, it cannot be cancelled—only rescheduled (except under the specific New Customer condition below).

Because lessons are tightly scheduled back-to-back, rescheduling requires finding another learner, which takes time. Please do not book unless you are confident you can attend.

8.1 New Customers (First Lesson Only)

• Cancellation: If a new customer places an order and cancels it between the time of ordering up until 90 minutes before the scheduled appointment, a £15 administration fee will be charged.

• Late Cancellation: Within 90 minutes of the appointment, no refund will be issued, and no money will be owed back to the customer.

8.2 Existing Customers (Pupils who have already taken lessons)

• No Cancellations: Cancellation is not allowed for existing pupils. You may only reschedule your appointment.

• Rescheduling Notice & Fees:

  • Up to 90 minutes before the lesson: A rescheduling fee applies. It is £8 for a 1-hour lesson and £12 for a 2-hour lesson.

  • Within 90 minutes of the lesson (or No-Show): The full lesson fee will be charged.

• Payment Deadline: The rescheduling fee must be paid within the same business week (Monday to Sunday). If it is not paid within this time frame, the full lesson fee will be charged.

• How to Request: All rescheduling requests must be sent via SMS to 07411 319700 from a UK mobile number. Please retain the message as your proof of request.

8.3 Package Deals

• Price Guarantee: Package deal prices are frozen and will not increase.

• Standard Usage: Package deal lessons do not cover out-of-hours sessions.

• Incomplete Packages (Premature Termination): You must complete all package deal lessons to benefit from the discounted price. If for any reason you do not take all the lessons:

  • You will be charged the standard rate of £37 per hour for all lessons already taken.

  • A £15 admin fee will be charged to process the remaining refund.

• Exception (Passing Your Test): If you pass your practical driving test before completing your package, the above penalty does not apply. You will only pay for the lessons actually taken at the original discounted rate, and no admin fees will be charged for the refund.

8.4 Refund Processing

• No Lessons Taken: If an order is cancelled and absolutely no lessons were taken, only the £15 admin/accounting fee applies.

• Payment Method: Refunds are only available via bank transfer. You may request an alternative form of refund, but doing so will incur additional admin fees.

• For pupil who have taken lessons already they may only reschedule their appointment and cancellation is not allowed. Read rescheduling below no:10.

• Package deal prices are frozen and will not increase.

• You must complete taking all of package deal lessons to benefit from discount price, for any reason if you are unable to take all of the lessons you will be charged £37 per hour for all lessons taken and a £15 admin fee to process the refund.

• Package deal lessons do not cover for out of hours.

• If no lessons were taken, only the £15 admin/accounting fee applies.

• Refunds only available via bank transfer, any other form of refund can be requested but that will incur additional admin fees.

If you pass your practical driving test before completing a package, you will only pay for lessons taken at the original discounted rate. No admin fees apply.
