These are our terms and conditions for the use of our website www.sux-s.com and secure online payment via SumUp payment system (sux-s-school-of-motoring.sumup.link) and the purchase of products through the website or via payment link sent to your mobile phone.

The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that Sux-S School of Motoring may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Sux-S School of Motoring reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
 

A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and agreed.

Online appointments may be moved by 30 minutes either earlier or later to accommodate travel time required by instructors. In very rare circumstances we may have to cancel your lesson altogether and offer you alternative appointment that is suitable to you, this is due to double bookings
 

When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:-

1. You are not a minor or otherwise legally incapable of entering into a binding contract.

2. The personal details which you give us on registration are fully complete and accurate.

3. You are not using a false name or the name of any other person or body which you are not authorised to use.
    

Placement of an order: When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.

Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation via email, we will use the information you provide during checkout. Please make sure you provide us your accurate details.

Delivery
We will contact you within 24 hours to provide to confirm your appointment. 

Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.

Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.

Severance
If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.

If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

 

Cancelling/Terminating an order.

Driving lessons are a pick up and drop off service at your location (both of them being same). If you cancel a order, you will be charged for lesson/s you already have taken and £40 admin/ accountant fees for all package deals. (If you have not taken any lessons then only the £40 admin/ accountant fees will be charged) If you entered a package deal and passed your practical driving test before taking all the of lessons then you will only be charged for the lessons you have taken and no admin or other charges will be included.

If you placed order for individual 1 or 2 hour lesson, this lesson must be taken as no refund is possible. Once you have placed an order we pay out to many third parties and this money is non refundable, as administrative cost in getting a refund cost us more.

 

Once an appointment has been booked it can not be cancelled, only rescheduling appointment is allowed. Once you have booked an appointment other pupils are booked before and after your appointment, so when anyone decides to reschedule their appointment we have to find another learner to fill in the gap and that takes a lot of phoning around. Do not book an appointment if in doubt if you can keep the appointment.

Our policy: from time of booking appointment up to 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes) before appointment time you can reschedule your appointment for a small fee of £10. From 1 hour 30 minutes (90 minutes) to appointment time or show up will be charged full lesson money. (per 1 hour lesson) Customers must send an standard SMS text message to 07411319700 from a UK mobile network provider and keep their text message safe. If rescheduling fee/s are not paid within the current week of cancellation then full lesson money will be charged. For 2 hours appointment the rules above apply however the amount payable will be £15. Our week starts on Monday and finishes on Sunday.

Our rules are very lenient compared to many driving schools. We do not want you to be out of pocket but at the same time we don't want to be out of pocket ourselves. Thank you
