These are our terms and conditions for the use of our website www.sux-s.com and secure online payment via PayPal/ Wix payment system or sux-s-school-of-motoring.sumup.link and the purchase of products through the website or via payment link sent to your mobile phone.

The terms and conditions herein together with any notices or conditions on other areas of this website will all together govern use by customers of this website. You should note that Sux-S School of Motoring may at any time make changes to or remove part of this website without any liability to customers for such changes. Sux-S School of Motoring reserves the right to change these terms and conditions in the future without specifically notifying customers and continued use of the website or placing of orders after such changes shall be deemed to be acknowledgement and acceptance thereof.
A contract will only come into existence between you the customer and us once your order has been processed and agreed.
Online appointments may be moved by 15 minutes either earlier or later to accommodate travel time required by instructors. In very rare circumstances we may have to cancel your lesson altogether and offer you alternative appointment that is suitable to you, this is due to double bookings.
When you as a customer place an order via this website, you warrant by placing the order that:-

Placement of an order
When you place your order you are doing so in acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is important that you have read them before you go ahead and order.
Cancelling/Terminating an order. Driving lessons are a pick up and drop off service at your location (both of them being same). We are currently recruiting learners from: BD1, BD2, BD3, BD4, BD5, BD6, BD7, BD8, BD10, BD18, LS13 and LS28. If you ordered our discounted lesson which is pick up and drop off at Lidl, Barkerend Road, BD3 9BN. These lessons can not be changed after placing your order to have pick up or drop off location changed. However it doe's not limit any customers to only taking this particular deal and they can change to another deal that may be available at the time. If an order is cancelled before 24 hours of the first appointment then you will be charged £40 admin fee before any money owed is refunded, Any money owed to you after deductions will be bank transferred to any UK bank account for which you will provide details and bank account must be in your name. (refund may take up to 5 working days to reach your account) If an order is cancelled within 24 hours of the first appointment then you will be charged £33 for the lesson and £40 admin fee before any money owed is refunded, Any money owed to you after deductions will be bank transferred to any UK bank account for which you will provide details and bank account must be in your name. (refund may take up to 5 working days to reach your account) All the lessons in a package deal must be taken in full to benefit from discounted prices and any benefits it comes with, if you are unable to do so for any reason/s you will be charged £33 per lesson for those driving lessons you have already taken also a £40 admin fee + 3% surcharge for electronic payment. Any money owed to you after deductions will be bank transferred to any UK bank account for which you will provide details and bank account must be in your name. (refund may take up to 5 working days to reach your account) If you pass your practical driving test before you have taken all of the lessons you have entered for we will charge you the discounted price for all the lessons you have already taken and refund any remaining money without any fees being charged. (No admin fees or surcharge for electronic payments) Holiday up to maximum of 3 weeks is allowed on all package deals, 14 days notice must be given. The address you registered with us when you started taking lessons will be your pick up and drop off point for duration of the package deal. If you have plans to relocate then please contact us before placing your order. If price of fuel increases more than 20% from time you entered a package deal or if insurance increase more than 20% from time you entered package deal, we have right to discontinue the package deal. In these circumstances you will be offered to pay additional money to continue taking the package deal also you will be allowed to stop taking lessons, if you decide to stop taking lessons then you will be charged only the discounted price for the lessons you have already taken. No admin, electronic payment or any other fees will be charged.
Lesson appointment cancellation and rescheduling appointment. Majority of driving school have 48 hour cancellation policy where you will get charged full lesson money. Our policy: from time of booking to 24 hours before appointment you can reshedule your appointment for a small fee of £8. (per 1 hour lesson) Once you have booked an appointment other pupils are booked before and after your appointment, so when anyone decides to reschedule their appointment we have to find another learner to fill in the gap and that takes a lot of phoning around. Do not book an appointment if in doubt if you can keep the appointment. Appointments that are within 24 hours can not be rescheduled and must be cancelled. Customers must send an standard sms text message to 07411319700 from a UK mobile network provider and keep their text message safe. Cancellation within 24 hours or no show are charged full lesson money. If cancellation fee/s are not paid within the current week of cancellation then full lesson money will be charged. For 2 hours appointment the rules above apply however the amount payable will be doubled. Our week starts on Mondays and ends on Sundays.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation via email, we will use the information you provide during checkout. Please make sure you provide us your accurate details.
Delivery
We will contact you within 24 hours to provide to confirm your appointment.
Liability
We try to have the information on this website as accurate as possible but we make no warranties, whether express or implied, regarding its accuracy. We also do not make any warranties regarding any matters relating to the use of this website and it is a matter for you to ensure that your own equipment is protected from viruses or other external factors.
Your rights are protected by the Sale of Goods and Supply of Services Act, 1980, and also the Consumer Protection Act, 2007, where you are a consumer. Nothing in this website shall affect your rights under the applicable law.
Severance
If any of these terms and conditions shall prove to be void, unlawful, or unenforceable for any reason then such term or condition shall be deemed to be severed from the remaining terms and conditions which shall remain valid and enforceable.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
eGift Normal conditions that apply to someone buying a product for themselves will apply. eGift can be used for individual lessons or part fund/ full fund any package deals that are available on our website. eGift must be redeemed within 90 days of purchase and does not hold cash value. In rare exceptional circumstances may we refund an egift purchase, we will deduct 3% card surcharge of total amount paid and £40 admin fees. This will require the person whom have received the egift card to initiate the refund request and the person who has paid for the egift card to agree in receiving the remaining money as full refund after we have deducted any fees/ charges. eGift can be redeemed for any ongoing offers/ promotions however once redeemed the customer must start taking driving lessons within 14 days. If we enter any local or national lockdown due to Covid-19 we will extend these deadlines by the same amount of days we were under lockdown. Should you be asked to self isolate after redeeming your egift we will extend the deadline by the same amount of days you were asked to self isolate. Please check post codes we cover before buying anyone an eGift, only buy an eGift for a person living in the post codes we cover. It is your responsibility to check if we cover your area before buying. Maximum of 1 egift can be bought by a household also one person/ organisation can not buy more than 1 egift voucher. Should you for any reason not be able to enter one of our offers/ promotions and find yourself having to take individual lessons we will not charge you more than £33 per lesson. You will get a code via email, it is your responsibility to keep this code safe. Where possible use the full name of the person you are giving the egift to. (This should be as it appears on their provisional driving licence) eGift can not be transferred to another person nor can it be sold on.
Practical driving test.. Current fee for booking a practical driving test is £62 which the pupil will need to pay. (this payment is made to DVSA for the examiner to conduct your test) Car usage charge on test day is £150. (this price is for both test centres in Bradford, Thornbury or Heaton) You will have 40 minutes warm up lesson followed by your test, pass or fail on both occasions your driving instructor will drop you off home.

Once you have taken all the package deal lessons you have entered for you have to pay the going rate at that time to continue.
